While body building, nitric oxide is
another supplement you should take part of your muscle
building program.
Nitric oxide or NO is a kind
of chemical, which is produced in our body. In our body, there
is an amino acid called Arginine, it is the main source of
nitric oxide. One of the functions of nitric oxide in our body
is for cell communication.
NO also causes vasodilatation
– enlarge the internal diameter of blood vessels, which can
enhance the flow rate of your blood, the transportation rate of
oxygen, nutrients delivery to skeletal muscle and reduce blood
pressure. In order to reach this short-term nitric oxide level,
we need two amino acid compounds called alpha-ketoglutarate
(A-AKG) and arginine-ketoisocaproate (A-KIC). These two amino
acids compounds are the common ingredients of NO supplement
available on the market.
