high-quality protein and is available is several different
forms. You can find it in products like protein bars or
powders, Ready-to-Go shakes, cereal and
yogurt.
The protein in Muscle Milk is designed to
mimic mother's milk. Bodybuilders and athletes use it to
supplement their nutrition. Besides promoting the burning of
fat, this protein helps you to recover from your workout more
quickly and grows lean muscle tissue. The taste of Muscle Milk
is great and the powder blends easily with milk or
water.
The makers of Muscle Milk tested, designed
and created it to improve your overall physical and muscular
health. This product is safe. I know because I have been taking
it for many years with no adverse health
effects.
Despite the name, Muscle Milk is not really
milk or even muscle. It is formulated as a protein powder to be

protein alone; even faster than creatine. It is designed to be
a copy of mother's milk, promoting the growth of strong

workouts and after. By taking it before you exercise, you will

You can get Muscle Milk in many flavors like

The smell of Muscle milk is very pleasing. I
think the Banana Cream smells exactly like ripe banana, and it
tastes fantastic, even when I mix it just with water. Still, I
advise you to use milk, unless you are lactose intolerant. Then
you could use soy milk, like I do. For taste, I give Muscle
Milk a 9.9 out of 10.
I also like the Strawberry a lot. I don't
usually like strawberry-flavored products, but I tried a sample
packet and found it to be tastier than any other strawberry
flavor I have tried. Overall, I would have to say that Muscle
Milk is a protein supplement with fantastic
taste.
