Your daily diet must consist of around six small meals of complex carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats to help you achieve both goals. This meal plan will help regulate your blood sugar so you will not experience an energy crash or be compelled to eat binge. This will also ensure that you have the necessary nutrients for your body to build muscles.
