Creatine is a popular supplement for
building muscle mass in weightlifters. One of the best
creatine supplements available on the market is BSN Cell
Mass. Creatine has been studied widely and has been proven
to increase your muscle mass, performance, strength and
power.
Cell Mass' main ingredient,
CEE (Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate), is comprised of an ester
attached to a creatine monohydrate. Esterifying the creatine in
this way produces a supplement that can be absorbed into muscle
cells more easily, providing multiple positive changes within
the muscle tissue:
- Cell Mass works more
quickly and efficiently in the muscle tissue than common
creatine monohydrate because of its excellent absorption
qualities.
- Lipophilic abilities are
increased by the esterified creatine so that it uses fat in
a more efficient way, allowing it to enter easily through
the walls of muscle cells.
- Smaller doses are needed
because of the greater efficiency.
- Water bloat is eliminated
by CEE – Esterified creatine encourages water to enter the
cells of the muscle tissues, while nonabsorbed creatine and
water remains outside the cell.
- CEE needs no loading
period.

My Experience With Cell
Mass
You are probably curious to
know how well Cell Mass works in actual people, rather than
just in a lab. Good reviews and positive feedback can be found
in many places on the internet. In my experience, having used
many different creatine supplements over the years, this one
makes it into my top ten list of favorite supplements. I
noticed the effects of the creatine right away; like added
muscle power and longer workouts. I was often surprised at the
feeling of strength I got when taking Cell Mass, compared with
they way I felt with my regular lifting routine.
The Cell Mass label said I
should have two servings each day; 1 serving without food after
a workout and another around six hours later, also without
food. You can take the second dose in the morning or at
evening. I usually took a serving when I woke up in the
morning, at the same time I took two Axis
HT pills. I would then take the second
dose right after I finished working out. The label said I
should take two servings even on the days that I did not
workout, but I preferred to take just the morning
dose.
You can choose one of two Cell
Mass flavors: Berry Blast or Grape Cooler. Either one will
taste good, but I preferred the Grape Cooler myself. This is
one of the best-flavored creatine mixes. My wife always tells
me how good the grape cooler smells when I am mixing it
up.
There is one drawback to BSN
Cell Mass. It does not mix well and can clump together, even if
I try to stir more forcefully for a longer time. I end up with
lumps of the mix still in the bottom of my glass. The label
even tells you that "vigorous stirring" is needed. Otherwise, I
have no complaints about Cell Mass.
